Here is exactly what data My Fuel Plan holds and how to remove each type. If you have an account and want everything deleted at once, email contact@my-fuelplan.com and we will remove it and confirm in writing once it is done.
Your body weight, sport, workout settings, unit preference, and an active session timer are stored in your device's local browser storage.
This immediately and permanently removes all of this data. Since it was never sent to our servers, there's nothing further for us to delete on our end.
If you turned on "Automatic phone alerts," we temporarily store your push notification subscription details and scheduled alert times on our server, in order to deliver them.
If you have connected Strava, we store on our servers: your Strava athlete ID, your access and refresh tokens, and any recovery plans generated from your activities (activity name, sport, duration and the calculated nutrition targets).
You can also revoke My Fuel Plan's access directly from Strava at strava.com/settings/apps. Once revoked, we can no longer read your activities.
Confirmation: disconnecting in the app shows an on-screen confirmation once deletion has completed. For account deletion requests by email, we reply in writing to confirm once your data has been removed.
Beyond the temporary push-notification data described above (max ~24 hours), My Fuel Plan retains nothing else server-side. There is no user account, no profile, and no persistent history tied to any individual.
Contact contact@my-fuelplan.com with any questions about this process.
